This is an informal draft. No Work Fridays is pre-revenue and these terms have not been legally reviewed.

What We Collect

When you sign in, we store your email address via Supabase authentication. We do not collect payment information at this time.

We do not sell your personal data.

We share aggregated, pseudonymous analytics data with Google via Google Analytics to better understand site usage. See Cookies and Storage below for opt-out options.

How We Use It

Your email is used for authentication only. If you save preferences (home metro, pass type), those are stored to personalize your trip feed on future visits.

Cookies and Storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. The first time you visit, you'll see a cookie consent banner; analytics cookies only fire after you accept. Decline and we record only modeled aggregate visit data (no cookies set by Google Analytics on your browser).

If you accept, Google Analytics (GA4) with Google Signals enabled sets the following cookies in your browser:

_ga — distinguishes unique visitors across the site
_ga_S0N90SGGPM — persists session state for this GA4 property (the suffix is our measurement ID)

With Google Signals enabled, Google may also set advertising-related cookies on its own domains (such as doubleclick.net) to provide aggregate audience metrics. Those are third-party cookies controlled by Google, not by us.

You can opt out via your Google account's Activity Controls, with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by clearing your browser storage on this site to re-open the consent banner.

Stay22 (our lodging-affiliate partner) loads on every page that shows resort lodging widgets to track affiliate referrals. It sets its own cookies on page load, not on click.

Third-Party Services

No Work Fridays uses Supabase for authentication and database, Vercel for hosting, Google Analytics for aggregate usage data, and Stay22 as our lodging-affiliate partner (loaded on every page that renders a lodging widget, plus link-attribution on every “Find Lodging” CTA). These services have their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion by contacting us.
